  • What Areas Do You Service?

    We serve all of Destin to 30A, including Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Dune Allen, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, & Watersound.

  • Can We Extend Our Rental?

    Yes, but only if your items aren’t already booked for the next guests. Please call us at (850) 822-5223 as soon as possible, and a booking specialist will be happy to help you.

  • How Does Delivery and Pick up Work?

    It’s simple! Once your reservation is confirmed, we will deliver and secure the bikes to the address you provided. Once your rental is over, just lock them up where we dropped them off, and we will pick them up.

  • Can I Cancel My Reservation?

    Yes, cancellations 48 hours prior to your reservation will be granted a refund minus credit card processing. However, cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation will only be granted a 50% refund. Additionally, there are no refunds for early returns.

  • Do You Have Other Rental Items?

    If you need anything else, such as paddle boards, beach chairs, etc., we can help you find it with our partners. Feel free to call and ask!

  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

    We accept all major credit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay can also be used online.

  • What Happens if There Is Bad Weather?

    We do not offer refunds for inclement weather due to its unpredictability. Be sure to check the local weather to help make an informed decision on whether to book.

  • Do I Have to Wear a Helmet?

    We highly recommend wearing a helmet while bicycling to keep your noggin safe. However, Florida State law only requires teens and kids aged 16 and under to wear a helmet at all times while riding a bicycle.

  • Should I Always Lock My Bicycle?

    Absolutely! There is a replacement fee for any lost or stolen bikes.

  • What if I Damage or Lose Any of the Rental Equipment?

    By agreeing to and signing our terms of service, you are fully responsible for any damaged or lost items and may be charged the full replacement cost. We highly recommend taking care of the equipment so we can continue to provide the best products year after year.

  • Where Can I Park My Car?

    We offer complimentary parking in our adjacent lot, allowing you to conveniently park and enjoy your bike ride hassle-free.
